| Well, its been 40 years since I gave the tour of the wash house and "the new parlor" - weekends because I worked full time in N.J. Alice, Sue & Gary and Jo Furher will always be part of my wonderful memories of those days. I won't be able to make the reunion - but know it will be terrific. | |||

| Thank you to Dave Fox for letting me know about the reunion. Wish I could be there, but won't be able to make it. It's been 30 years since I led "Barn Tours" at Quiet Valley. I still have many fond memories of square dances on summer evenings, cutting ice for the ice house in January or February, and re-constructing and roofing the "new" barn across from the "tour sign-up office".
